The Auto-Darkening Welding Helmet with DIN 9–13 ADF is engineered to deliver advanced protection and improved productivity for modern welding operations. Equipped with a high-quality automatic darkening filter (ADF), the helmet instantly adjusts to welding arcs, ensuring continuous eye protection and reduced eye fatigue.
The ADF features a light state of DIN 4 and an adjustable dark state from DIN 9 to DIN 13, allowing welders to customize shade levels according to different welding processes and working conditions. With an ultra-fast switching time of 1/25,000 second, the filter reacts immediately to arc ignition, protecting the eyes from sudden exposure to intense light.
For enhanced flexibility and control, the helmet is designed with adjustable sensitivity and delay time (0.2–0.8 seconds), enabling users to fine-tune the filter response to suit various applications. The integrated grinding mode (DIN 4) allows grinding and preparation work without removing the helmet, improving workflow efficiency and safety.
The helmet shell is manufactured from durable, lightweight polypropylene, offering excellent impact resistance while maintaining comfort during extended wear. Its large viewing area (92 × 42 mm) provides a clear and wide field of vision, supporting precise and efficient welding tasks. The classic black design delivers a professional appearance suitable for industrial environments.
